Lanka Headwear International (Pvt) Ltd are the pioneer cap manufacturer in Sri Lanka and manufacture a wide range of the highest quality baseball caps as well as hats for export. We commenced operations in 1989 and from modest beginnings have grown to be one of the largest and finest headwear operations in the region. Lanka Headwear Int'l is part of the Jafferjee Brothers group of Companies which is engaged in a wide variety of manufacturing, trading & service industries and has an annual group turnover in excess of 100 million USD. The company is a joint venture with M/S Jan Keeng Enterprises Co. Ltd of Taiwan who are themselves manufacturers of headwear.

Lanka Headwear factories boast some of the most modern machines, aids and equipment available for the manufacture of headwear. Our plant and quality control have been set up and maintained by a leading industry consultant in the United States.

Manufacturing Capacity: Lanka Headwear's current production capacity stands at 100,000 dozens caps per month.This capacity is distributed within three factories built on the same premises. Within each factory, production lines cater to specialized products, enabling us to provide a wide range of caps.

Quality: At Lanka Headwear quality is absolutely paramount. Our experienced team of Quality Assurance personnel work closely with wider Quality Circles to ensure that every cap produced meets with the highest quality standards.The proximity of the three plants also facilitates close and careful monitoring of all our products. We are working toward ISO 9002 certification and expect to have it in place by December 2000.
